This social networking tool provides an engaging, collaborative environment. Create Groups easily and change each Group's permission levels for use of activities and resources on the class site. Share specific calendars and even videos with selected groups. Create collections of assignments to make the location of resources easy for students. Post these collections in Assignments, on a Wall, or as a Group Announcement, or Discussion. Use the Lockdown feature to suspend student use of messaging and wall posts while working on an activity. (You can use this on an individual student or the whole class!) You can also flag inappropriate content as it becomes known.
