Introduce this site on an interactive whiteboard or projector and try the activities as a whole class. Or have small groups rotate to a whiteboard and manipulate the activities together. Put a link to the activities on your class website and let students use as a center. Use the quizzes as a pretest to see what students already know. When you have finished studying the unit have students retake the quiz to see how much they learned.
