Crio is a tool for building interactive, online lessons designed to foster higher-level thinking skills. Use the drag and drop features to start a lesson from scratch or choose from one of three model lessons. Add audio, text, video, and other interactive content to your activity. Crio offers several different options for question responses, including multiple choice and short and extended response. After building your lesson, publish and share with students via social media links, embed, or provide a direct link to the URL. Student work automatically saves during use. Be sure to watch the demo video for an overview of all of Crio's features.

In the Classroom

Use Crio for planning and distributing lessons to students. Because lessons save automatically to your account, it makes it easy to reproduce and adjust activities for different classes as needed. Consider creating several lessons to use as a "ready to go" bank for days when a sub is in the classroom or when interruptions to your routine require a quick change of plans. Use Crio to create flipped lessons to introduce new units to students or as a wrap-up and review of content. Work together with peers to develop units for any subject.
