Civic Life provides educators with digital storytelling lesson plans easily adaptable to civics and social studies curriculums. Compelling Interviews for Civic Engagement includes four fifty-minute lessons that guide students toward researching and sharing a chosen social issue. Using the Citizen and Filmaker lesson plan, students practice writing in collaborative groups to understand the connection between "citizen" and "filmmaker." Registration is required to access Civic Life's teaching materials.
