There's a lot of depth to this site from highereducation.org. The basic effort is a comparison of the various states the involvement of their students and state governments in higher education. The navigation could be easier, but users can compare the extent to which each state's schools prepare students for college, costs in different states, etc.

It provides comprehensive sections on a wide range of medical and psychological conditions and their management in school settings. The information is clearly organized, making it easy for teachers and others without medical training to find specific information. Great resource!

This is an on-line collection of resources from the Center for Adolescent Studies at the University of Indiana. It provides a variety of coping strategies for teachers and counselors, most of which are targeted at identifying potentially violent behaviors and avoiding violence. Succinctly written, this material gets to the point quickly. The Center also has a page of on-line resources for further information.

Get involved in real-world water conservation issues, investigate STEM careers in science and engineering, and meet scientists and engineers from those disciplines. Also, watch Youth in Action videos where young people work for positive change.
