Vnote uses AI to create documents using your ideas. To begin, create an account and record a description of the document you want to develop and the details you want to include. Vnote will provide prompts for additional information if needed. After creating the document, use additional AI features to edit and improve the output, such as identifying the main idea, describing changes, or changing the document type. When finished, share the document with the included shareable link. Free accounts allow you to create up to five documents monthly.

In the Classroom
Use Vnote to create documents quickly for many classroom purposes. For example, develop outlines to share with students as study guides for upcoming lessons. This tool is beneficial when working with multilingual learners and students who need additional classroom support. Ask Vnote to create an outline with basic parts of speech and examples for multilingual students to keep handy in a notebook or create a document for the entire class with important information about your Civil War unit, then use the AI editing features to convert the document to a different language to make it accessible to all students. Register for an account to begin using Headliner, then choose from options that include manual and automatic audiograms, transcribe audio or video, caption a video, or use the advanced editor. Headliner also offers several templates, or you can upload your own. After choosing, follow the steps to select an aspect ratio, upload your video file, select a transcription language, and edit the portion of the video to transcribe. When ready, click to create your project and add additional items such as background audio, additional text or media, and more. To finish your project, choose to export your work and leave the tab open as your video generates. When complete, choose from several options to download your video, share to social media sites, or share using the URL of your project. Free accounts allow up to five projects monthly without watermarks, unlimited watermarked applications, and the ability to export videos in 1080p.

If your class is creating podcasts, use Headliner to convert podcasts to videos on YouTube to make them easier for some listeners to access. Adding transcripts provides options for making any of your videos more accessible to listeners of any language. For example, if your school has a large Spanish-speaking community, post videos and podcasts in both languages for everyone to view. This tool also works well when creating videos in other formats such as Animate from Audio, reviewed here. Share your FigJam board with others by copying the link, sending an email, or copying the embed code onto a webpage.

Pi calls itself "your personal AI." It is a chatbot designed to understand your interests, needs, and goals and provide personalized feedback. As you begin using Pi, it asks what you want to discuss and provides suggestions, such as brainstorming ideas, practicing an extensive conversation, and learning something new. After entering the main space in Pi, you are also offered several conversation starters, and a recorded daily news brief is adjusted to reflect your interests from previous discussions. Registration isn't required; however, creating an account allows you to access previous conversations, participate in longer discussions, and enable Pi to personalize responses based on those conversations. As always, when using artificial intelligence tools, verify the information is accurate.

Pi's terms of service state that it is not for children under 18, so this chat tool should only be used by adults. Piktochart's AI-powered infographic generator creates infographics from your text within ten seconds. Registration isn't required to make up to four free infographics monthly; however, registration allows you to create up to ten monthly infographics and edit the content created by Piktochart. Describe your topic by entering text into the chat bar, then click to generate infographics. After your design appears, choose from several templates to change the style of your infographic. Registered members can change images, text, font, and more. When finished, share your design using the link, embed code, or as an image in PNG format.

In the Classroom
Quickly create infographics as a schema activator or lesson introduction by typing in the topic of your lesson. Unscreen quickly removes the background from your videos and inserts a new background if desired, all without requiring registration. Upload your video clip or search Unscreen's GIF library to begin. Once the background is removed, click the link under the image to change the background by selecting from the image library or uploading a photo from your device. When finished, download your video clip as a PNG, animated PNG, or single frame. Free accounts limit clip lengths to five seconds.
In the Classroom
Bookmark this site for many classroom uses. Combine a video clip of students with other resources using various tools, including Google Slides, reviewed here. Choose a background image of a city being studied, a different historical period, or a far-away setting like the moon, then place your student video on top.
